Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.(DSR No.15.18)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete DSR 10.2

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (DSR 15.56)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.4.1

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. (DSR 2.27)

Providind and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size. (DSR 4.1.10)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.2

Providing and applying in the water trough of one coat of primer and two or more coat of water proofing chemical of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge (N.S)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (DSR 8.31)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (DSR 13.2.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (: 1 cement : 3 fine sand) (Flush/Ruled/Stuck or weathered pointing (DSR 13.31.1)

Credit of Steel i.e M.S/G.I. Pipe, railing / flat / angle hollow pipe/tube etc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)
