AMC of KONE make 1 no lift of capacity 680 kg at Data Center on 24x7 basis with all required original KONE make or equivalent material for AMC. Providing mobile number of technician with helper at liftand attain the site within ½ an hour when called for maintenance and repair. Also regular maintain of lift by menace of checking all electrical connection, lubricating all parts (made as per standard of KONE), cleaning and dusting of all parts regularly and report to Engineer in charge. Terms and condition of the comprehensive Annual maintenance of the KONE lift at Data Center, OPH. 1. The servicing of the lift will be done in the supervision of the officials of the officials of the bureau i.e. the caretaker of lift. 2. The AMC charges will be inclusive of statuary annual inspection charges and taxes. 3. That the charges of the AMC will be paid during period of the contract in six equal installments i.e. after providing satisfactory monthly servicing of the lift. No advance or any charge over & above quoted AMC charges will be paid. The TDS will be deducted at source as per rules from the bills of the firm. 4. In the event of non-compliance of the instruction, terms & conditions or complaints remains unattended for 24 hours, or servicing of the lift is not done within stipulated period, The JVVNL reserves the right to get the defect removed or servicing done by other firm at the risk & cost of the firm. 5. While submitting the bill, the firm has to furnish a satisfactory working certificate of the lift from the officials along with monthly servicing done by the firm.
