REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAKAGE PITS INCLUDING MECHANISED CLEANING AND ANCILLARY WORK IN OD AREA UNDER GE AVADI

Cleaning of septic tanks and filter bed of any capacity by bailing out fluid, removing out sediments, sludges washing septic tanks floor and walls with fresh water cleaned with wire brush, filling with fresh water and little quantity of well digested sludge using vehicle mounted with compressor and sucker tank with covered container complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of septic tanks. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following:- (i) Solids/sludges removed from septic tank shall be removed out of MD land and burried into the ground. (ii) Surrounding area of septic tank shall be cleared off from shrubs and other wild growth alround 3metre away from the outer edge of the wall.

Cleaning of manholes of any description and size not exceeding 1 sqm on plan upto and 1m depth including lifting up and removing sludge, accumulated solid sludge and other foreign materials by using vehicle mounted with compressor and sucker tank with covered container and wash down with water for smooth functioing of sewage line complete all as specified and as directed . Note : sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to out of MD land and burried into the ground.

Cleaning of manholes of any description and size not exceedig 1.5 sqm on plan and depth 1m to 2m including lifting up and removing sludge, accumulated solid sludge and other foreign materials by using vehicle mounted with compressor and sucker tank with covered container and wash down with water for smooth functioing of sewage line complete all as specified and as directed . Note : sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to out of MD land and burried into the ground.

Cleaning of manholes of any description and size not excluding 3 sqm on plan and depth 2m to 3m including lifting up and removing sludge, accumulated solid sludge and other foreign materials by using vehicle mounted with compressor and sucker tank with covered container and wash down with water for smooth functioing of sewage line complete all as specified and as directed . Note : sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to out of MD land and burried into the ground.

Removing blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage upto manhole with cleaing rod including removal of all materials from gully trap of WC and depositing of complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage from Kitchen & bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage upto manhole with cleaing rod including removal of all materials from floor trap/Nahani trap and depositing of complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage pipe lines 100mm bore pipe and removing the blockages by means of rodding with and including bamboo splits /flexible iron wire or concrete malacces rods from manhole to manhole, through pipes from trap to MH, rendering the system clear and flushing thedelogged line with sufficient qty of water and removing sludge /waste material etc to outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage pipe lines 150mm bore pipe and removing the blockages by means of rodding with and including bamboo splits /flexible iron wire or concrete malacces rods from manhole to manhole, through pipes from trap to MH, rendering the system clear and flushing thedelogged line with sufficient qty of water and removing sludge /waste material etc to outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage pipe lines 200mm bore pipe and removing the blockages by means of rodding with and including bamboo splits /flexible iron wire or concrete malacces rods from manhole to manhole, through pipes from trap to MH, rendering the system clear and flushing thedelogged line with sufficient qty of water and removing sludge /waste material etc to outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in soft/loose soil in trenches to the required width and depth to remove the damaged sewage lines of 100mm internal dia pipe by demolition of hanuching concrete to the pipe (one length 0.60m) and supply & fix new 100mm internal dia pipe (one length of 60cm) including jointing with existing line and providing hanuching concrete in PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), returning filling of soil, removal of surplus soil including temporarily plugging the adjacent manholes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 3.00 described here in before but for 150mm internal dia pipe.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) floor trap, diameter of outlet 75 mm bore plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100mm internal dia (Salt glazed stone ware pipes) including bed & haunching concrete (including removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 50 m at a level as directed) and provsion of Material and labour for new salt glazed stone ware drain pipe 100mm internal dia of grade ‘A’, laid in trenches and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Provision of Bed and haunching concrete will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc., for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage pipe line etc., not exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting ot in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 100mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and set and jointed in CM 1:1, including demolition and breaking of existing salt glazed ware/ AC/ Reinforced concrete pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 150mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and set and jointed in CM 1:1 including demolition and breaking of existing salt glazed ware/ AC/ Reinforced concrete pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 200mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and set and jointed in CM 1:1 including demolition and breaking of existing salt glazed ware/ AC/ Reinforced concrete pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes laid and tested for 100mm dia pipes, all as directed.

Demolition of RCC broken cover slabs in manholes in any position and removing the debris off complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

Material and labour for mild steel deformed TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 10.00 described here in before but 10mm dia and over.

M & L for pre cast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for manhole, set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement steel will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the likecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed., including necessary form work all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete article including all quoins, arches, pillars including coping etc., all as directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks shall be stacked properly for reuse.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 22.00 described herein before but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused after cleaning.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in manholes, Septic tank etc., finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance exc 50 m and not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50m above the starting point and all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid dry or laid dry and pointed completed all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor/path all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate thick as in sub base in path / hardstanding all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with Grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed of CM1:4
