Supply and erection of Double pole 11KV H.T structure of 33 feet 200x100x5.7mm R.S Joist with 10 feet centre to centre on either side with necessary MS angles ,cross branching and mass concreting of poles to receive 11 KV supply with following HT accessories complete as per CEIG rules and regulations and I.E rules. a) 2Nos, 33 feet length, 200x 100 x5.7mm R.S Joist poles and base plate of 300x300x6mm with concreting and coping. b) One set of 3Nos 11KV strain Disc insulators with metal parts on top channel made up of 4”x2”x1/4” to receive the supply. c) One set of gang operated 11KV Horizontally / Vertically operated insulator AB switch complete with guide operating handle on suitable double channel and angle iron cross arm with channel size of 4”x2”x1/4” complete in the 2pole structure. d) One set of 3Nos 11KV lightning arrester mounted on suitable channel iron size 4”x2”x1/4” complete. e) Three sets of 3 Nos. 11KV pin insulator fixed on suitable channel iron from work complete for supporting copper jumper. f) One set of 3 Nos. 11KV DO fuses complete with insulator on channel iron support. g) Two nos. of stay arrangements with guy/shackle insulators with necessary masonry work . h) Supply and fixing of required cross bracing made of size 2 ½ x 2 ½ x ¼ “ MS angle to keep the structure balance. i) Providing H.T connections and jumper connections from supply point to the 2 pole structure with ACSR conductor / Zero HDBC conductor for giving necessary connections and jumpering from 11KV strain Disc insulators to AB switch, AB switch to lighting arrestor, and DO fuse through insulators, and G Fuse to post top insulators and pin insulators complete with colour coding. j) Supply and fixing of 2 Nos. 11KV metal danger boards. k) Painting the structure complete with primary coat of red oxide and two coats of alu. pints. L)Providing for grill gate for compound wall for the size of 5x1.80 mts with good quality primer and enamel painting as per direction of the department engineer

Supply and providing cable end termination for 3 run of 3½” x 400sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable with necessary brass, cable gland, clamp and aluminium sockets with suitable copper bar of size 1” x ½” copper at transformer bushings and MV panel ACB terminals earth connections complete.

Supply and providing cable end termination for 1 run of 3½” x 185 sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable with necessary brass, cable gland and aluminium sockets with bolts and nuts, and earth connections to cable gland complete.

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mtr. Class‘B’ GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mmx50mmx6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and fixing of 5 stage 150 KVAR 415/440 volts 3 phase automatic power factor correction panel at 0.95 lag made up of powder coated 18 SWG CRCA sheet steel enclosure with 160Amp MCCB as incomer with all accessories with LCD display.(Capacitor Make – BCH / EDCOS)/Equivalent)

Supply and fixing of copper plate earthing consist of 3mm thick 2' x 2' plate with 2 mtrs., of class 'B' GI pipe with 32mm dia with connections complete.

Liasoning with TNEB for getting EB service and preparation of electrical schematic diagram, site plans, physical layout 10copies and payment of CEIG fees submission of completion report, rectification report, obtaining drawing approval, safety certificate, etc, complete including lamination copy fixed at panel room. The rate includes TNEB and CEIG approval.
