Manufacturing, Supply and delivery of 30 MTRS HIGH MAST FABRICATED PART AS PER DIMENSION: TOP DIA. 150 mm, BOTTOM DIA 610 mm, SECTION 3 nos. (SECTION LENGTH 10500 mm.) THICKNESS 5, 4, 4 mm. BASE PLATE Dia. 840 mm. X 36 mm. PCD 740 mm., with following items: High Mast sections with Base Plate, Lantern Carriage (ID 800 mm) suitable to fix upto 16 nos. (400W LED) luminaries symmetrically in 08 arm, 3 suspension Head frame, L-Stopper (3 Nos.), Mounting Plates, Lightening Arrestor and Earthing Pipe (MS GI) suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, Double Drum Winch 750Kg. (Gear Ratio 53:1), 2 HP Motor, Ø6 mm. SS Wire Rope, Manual Operating Handle, Trailing Cable (1 sets 5 core x 4 sq. mm.), GI Junction Box. with Aviation Lamp (Without Luminaries, AOL, Plug-Socket & Feeder Pillar-Control Switch). (Cg mounting clamps and bolts, luminary mounting bolts are not included) along with supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template excluding the construction of RCC Foundation (Make- Valmont, Transrail, Bajaj, Utkarsh) (delivery at the site).

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade 4 C X 16 Sq mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminum armored Cable. As per IS 7098 Part -1 with latest amendment if any. The cable should have ISI mark.

Dismantling of existing foundation of 40 Mtr High mast and construction of new RCC Foundation for 30 mtr high mast as per the enclosed drawing and details schedule.

Erection, and commissioning of 30M long High mast, along with tools, tackles, crane charge including Hydra Charge, labour charges as per the site condition at Nandakumar Rotary on NH 116.

Fixing only LED Flood light Fitting with suitable tie clamps for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure.

Supply of HDPE Plb Duct pipe of size 32/26 mm.

Supply of High Mast OUTDOOR FEEDER PILLAR BOX with Control Switch with necessary wiring with proper size of wire and grey enamel paint. Consisting of following installations in the panel, i) 63 Amps, TPN fuse switch unit as incomer (L&T /Legrand)-1 No. ii) 32 Amps TPN fuse switch unit as isolator for motor (L&T /Legrand) - 1 No. iii) 220-240Volt AC Digital 24hr timer (ISI mark)-1 No. iv) 10 Amp SPMCB of 10 ka breaking capacity (L&T /Legrand)-4Nos. v) 220 Volt AC LED Indicator lamp -3 Nos. vi) Feeder pillar illumination lamp & switch (ISI mark)-1 Set. vii) 3 phase Digital Multifunction meter with LED and LCD display to measure voltage, Current, Frequency, Power factor, Power and Energy (L&T/Schneider)-1 Set. viii) Auto /Manual Switch-1 No. ix) Power connecter-1 Set. x) Detachable gland plate-1 No. xi) Earth leakage Relay with core balance transformer Sensitivity: 30 MA to 2A, Time delay: 0 - 2sec. - 1 No. xii) 32 Amp, TP, 240 Volt AC coil contactor (L&T /Legrand)- 1 No. xiii) Start/Stop push button for locally switching ON/OFF the luminaries - 1set. xiv) Suitable Contactor for forward and reversing operation- 1 No xv) Start/stop Push button- 2 Nos xvi) 415 Volt Single phase preventer (ISI mark)-1No. Installation of the feeder to be done by the earth cutting, brick soiling and cc foundation as required & sand filling, ramming and muffing around the feeder pillar box by brick and cement mortar work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 Sq mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per meter, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.
