Construction of Lane/Drain from Ex MLC Yashpal Sharma road to New Mir Colony Poonch,W.No 17 Azad Mohalla Poonch

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts,wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out xcavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, all inclusive

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttreses,plinth and string courses etc.

Sand/Stone agg. below 40 mm nominal size avg. Lead 06 Km by MT and 150 Mtr by H.L
