CONSTRUCTION OF MINI COMMUNITY SANITARY COMPLEX NEAR HEALTH SUB CENTRE AT KUDIGADU VILLAGE IN KALATHUR PANCHAYAT

Earth work excavation for pavement & drain in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone including all incidental charges, dewatering if found necessary etc., complete.

Providing centering & shuttering including all labour and material charges

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying & Fixing in position of Indian type Water closet 580x440mm of approved quality

Supplying & Fixing in position of Eropeen Water closet 580x440mm of approved quality

Supplying & Fixing of new steel door size 0.90 x 2.10

Supplying & Fixing of new pvc door size 0.75 x 2.10
