I. WIRING Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

c) 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. a) 20 mm

Supplying and fixing Plastic Board of 3.5"x6" on surface including providing and fixing 6 pin & 6/16 amps socket outlet and 16 A, piano type switch connection, painting or its equivalent etc as required.

Supplying and fixing Plastic Board of 4"x4" on surface including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 A, piano type switch, connection, painting or its equivalent etc as required.

Supplying and fixing Plastic Board of 3.5"x10" of 6 way on surface including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 A, piano type switch, connection, painting or its equivalent etc as required.

II. MCB & DB's Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) a) 8 way , Double Door

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) a) 6 Way (4 + 18), Double Door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) Single Pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 40 Amps

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required a) 63 A

III. FITTING AND FIXTURES Supplying of BLDC AC Ceiling Fan 1200mm Sweep (Colour: White / Brown) similar to Orient Hector- 500 BLDC, 5 Star & ISI without remote (ISI Marked and BEE 5 Star Rated) power consumption with switch control with 5 years warranty or its equivalent etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped socket type electronic fan regulator on the existing piano type switch box including connections, etc. as required. (Make : Pressfit, Code : 543061 or its equivalent).

Supplying of surface mounted LED batten Fitting powder coated CRCA sheet for 20 Watt T8 Lamp similar to Luker Code LLTB with 20W Retrofit LED glass tube light Havells Cat No. CRYSTALT81213SSTL20WLED865SGLASS or its equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of wall mount fan 400 mm sweep (Color: White or Blue) similar to USHA Maxx Air Super Wall Fan, 5 Star & ISI without remote or its equivalent.

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connections etc. as required.

Supplying of 9W LED Lamp directly fitted in the Batten Holder similar to Crompton, Cat No. LED 9W-B22-CDL or its equivalent as required.

IV. EARTHING Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2 mtr, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 19 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required. (Ashlok) (Proof/ Test Certificate should be enclosed)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
