1 Bidder may quote rates for any one or more classes listed in Part - A, and/or for Bangla title books listed in Part - B. Quoting for all classes is not mandatory. Submission of rates for specific classes or parts is entirely at the bidder’s discretion.
2 The bidder must fill up the rates pertaining to all titles (Size & binding type) Class-wise for "per format of 16 pages" in column no. 9.
3 In case of non submission of rates for any one type of binding of a class, the bid shall be considered as incomplete for that class & will not be considered for financial evaluation.
4 The classwise ranking among the eligible bidders for that class shall be decided based on the total price calculated by adding prices in column no. 9 of all the titles in that class.
