Material & Labour for Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size of HT OH line by taking necessary shut down, dismantling OH line conductor and shifting to MES store yard keeping in safe custody to issue under Schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork & PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint and Incl taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing new Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade and Incl taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Pin type insulatorcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type (white, brown or green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps suitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 11 KV grade and Incl taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod in 20 mm incl stay insulator or egg insulator complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 and Incl dismantling existing stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size and incl taking down unsv Danger notice plate of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new Air break gang operated switch triple pole mechanically operated out door with all fitting/ accessories i.e. galvanized steel base poles, HT insulators as per B.S.S/I.S., non-ferrous knife, spring loaded contacts, arcing horns etc mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulators. All ferrous parts should be hot dipped galvanized and non-ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather and steel channel frame GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically or horizontal operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete suitable for current rating 400 Amps 11 KV working pressure with Insulators and Taking down existing old unserviceable Switch air break gang operated switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of new lightening arrester of expulsion type 65 KA complete with all fitting 11000 volts grade with bolts, nuts and washers and incl Taking down existing old unserviceable lightening arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable end termination joint out door heat shrinkable type suitable for stranded aluminium conductor 3 core, 11 KV XLPE 95 Sq mm cross sectional area and Incl taking dowm brusted/unsv cable jointing kit for HT joint of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

All as per Srl item No 10 here in before above but of size 120 Sq mm 3 core to 185 Sq mm. 3 core

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm and Incl Taking down brusted/unsv cable jointing kit for HT joint of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 12 here in before above but of size 120 Sq mm 3 core to 185 Sq mm. 3 core

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sq. mm 3 Core and Incl taking down old/brusted unsv 11 KV Cable of any size and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 150 Sq. mm 3 Core and Incl taking down old/brusted unsv 11 KV Cable of any size and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 16 here in before but exceeding 1.5 m depth and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified by Engr in charge. Note:- Punched thickness of 18cm will be measured & paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & laying (in replacement) 100mm dia galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by Eingr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying (in replacement) 80mm dia galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation & filling etc. mass concrete for poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Copping of Electric Poles, etc., weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, finishing all Exposed Faces of Concrete including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of distribution transformers installed at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 50 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) New transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Transformer oil samples with labeling before and after dehydration and Transformer oil Test report duly sign by contractor/his rep and Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be submitted to department for records by contractor without any extra cost.

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up oil of transformer up to disired level complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking proper shut down in writing, disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA removing the transformer from pole structure/plate for shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/ reconditioning re-assembling the transformer bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing complete in all respec as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The Rate quoted are inclusive cost of winding wire, insulating material, nut & bolts and new Gasket set etc.

Taking proper shut down in writing, disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 310 KVA to 630 KVA removing the transformer from pole structure/plate for shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/ reconditioning re-assembling the transformer bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing complete in all respec as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The Rate quoted are inclusive cost of winding wire, insulating material, nut & bolts and new Gasket set etc.

S&F in repair tap changer assembly complete for transformer rating 63 to 630 KVA , including connecting up with HT coil and testing for varying voltage complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair breather assembly complete with silica gel suitable for any model of transformer rating 63 to 630 KVA to air column of conservator tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for HT bush suitable for any model/capacity of transormer Indoor/outdoor rating upto 630 KVA all as specified.

Material & Labour for LT bush suitable for any model/capacities of transformer Indoor/Outdoor rating upto 630 KVA all as specified.

Taking proper shut down in writing/disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA removing the lid/cover for inspection at site and to facilitate minor repairs after draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing commissioning and testing at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge ( All the parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately )

Material & Labour for spray painting of distribution/solar step-up transformers of HT 11/0.433KV voltage rating and capacity from 63 to 630 KVA (in situ) outdoor type, installed and located at difference sites, scattered area under the juridiction of GE 872 EWS including the following :- (a) Prepration of old painted surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make/ quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM/MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F insulating mats of size 2m x 1m x 25mm thick, made of elastomer conforming to IS-15652: 2006 and meeting the requirement of IS- 5216 (Part -1 & 2) IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub -1 along with suitable adhesive/ homebound, PV resin water proofing compound and sealing material as per recommendation of Annex 'A’, Clause- 'C’ of IS- 15652 and suitable for class - A upto 3.3 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Re - stretching only existing ACSR of any size on HT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) One length shall be measured for complete span of 3 conductors & GI wire.

Material & Labour for Trimming of tree branches Clearing of HT line 4 mtr all around by cutting tree branches at ground level of any numbers and any girth on any numbers of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
