Material & Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Copping of Electric Poles, etc., weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, finishing all Exposed Faces of Concrete including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.
Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of distribution transformers installed at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 50 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) New transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Transformer oil samples with labeling before and after dehydration and Transformer oil Test report duly sign by contractor/his rep and Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be submitted to department for records by contractor without any extra cost.
Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up oil of transformer up to disired level complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
Taking proper shut down in writing, disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA removing the transformer from pole structure/plate for shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/ reconditioning re-assembling the transformer bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing complete in all respec as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The Rate quoted are inclusive cost of winding wire, insulating material, nut & bolts and new Gasket set etc.

Taking proper shut down in writing/disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA removing the lid/cover for inspection at site and to facilitate minor repairs after draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing commissioning and testing at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge ( All the parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately )
Material & Labour for spray painting of distribution/solar step-up transformers of HT 11/0.433KV voltage rating and capacity from 63 to 630 KVA (in situ) outdoor type, installed and located at difference sites, scattered area under the juridiction of GE 872 EWS including the following :- (a) Prepration of old painted surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make/ quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM/MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.
M & L for preparing and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F insulating mats of size 2m x 1m x 25mm thick, made of elastomer conforming to IS-15652: 2006 and meeting the requirement of IS- 5216 (Part -1 & 2) IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub -1 along with suitable adhesive/ homebound, PV resin water proofing compound and sealing material as per recommendation of Annex 'A’, Clause- 'C’ of IS- 15652 and suitable for class - A upto 3.3 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Re - stretching only existing ACSR of any size on HT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) One length shall be measured for complete span of 3 conductors & GI wire.
