Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class -B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work (except Brick) with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4)

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc.

M&L for Cement mortar 1:4 Flush pointing to brick walls

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 to brick or concrete surfaces trowelled to even and smooth finished surfaces without using extra cement.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/ lime concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2, 40mm graded aggregate.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in drain/surface channel, finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends.
