Execution the foundation of the of the High Mast Light pole including exavation of the soil of size 2.400 mtr.X2.400 mtrX 1.500 mtr, base with Single Brick Flat Solling of Size 1.800 mtr.X1.800 mtr., with with PCC (1:3:6) of 0.100 Mtr. thick of 1.800 Mtr. X 1.800 Mtr. , base of the fondation of 1.500 Mtr. X 1.500 Mtr. X 0.350 Mtr. and Padestal footing with 0.800 Mtr. X 0.800 Mtr. X 1.225 Mtr. with reinforcement of base Jali 12 mm dia 11 Nos of both side jali in top and bottom with chair 12 mm dia and 12 mm dia. main for padestal of 12 Nos and 8 mm binder of 9 nos. with Shuttering and Plastering at project section of height of 0.250 Mtr. and filling earth filling in remaine portion. As per drawing attached in schedule.

Supply of 27W (including all losses) All in One Solar LED Street Lighting System with minimum system lumen output of 4800 lumens, system lumen efficiency should not be less than 180 lumen/ watt, 12V 60Watt Peak PV module, >380WhLithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, Integrated MPPT charger with driver and efficiency of both Charger & Driver is of >90%. The luminaries shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 bumi + 1432 hours at L70 and CCT of 5700 K. It has pressure die Cast aluminium housing with UV stabilized Polycarbonate front cover. The luminary shall have CRI of > 70 and Protection of IP 65. It has in-built motion sensor and LED indicator for Charging & Discharging of battery. The luminary provides 2 days battery backup with factory setting dimming profile & pair sensor. It has horizontal & vertical pole mounting options and Tit angle can be adjustable in between 0-15 degree. LM 79 report and Type Test Certificate to be submitted for luminaries. LM 80 report for LED source issued by LED manufacturer and Test Report of Solar PV Module, Ba+Battery and Charge Controller. Philips Make Sun stay “BRP710 LED48 CW MR S1 12 V LFP Solar IN” or Similar specification of Havel’s/ Bajaj make.

Supply & erection of 9 Mtr. height mini mast system (Bajaj/Crompton/Transil/Utkarsh make) on existing RCC foundation with its accessories. Mast shifty shall be in one section with steel materials confirming to BSEN 10025 and materials shall be high tensile steel grade S335, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame. Top dia 150mm & bottom dia 410mm with top and bottom thickness 4mm. It also include accessories for mast including frame with lantern carriage, PVC cable and junction box with all best quality water resistance. Must have ladder hook as per technical specification.

Supply fabrication & fixing GI header/ structure for fixing of 5 nos Flood Light made of 65 x 65 Dia 500mm long CHS pipe and MS angle frame 40x40x6mm structure tip portion is cover with 750x750x3mm thick top plate welded with angle frame structure 4 nos angle frame each 300mm long. The header is also extra supported by 4 nos vertical angle of above specification including providing of 6nos hole for locking / check out device with the frame size (300 x 300mm) to the top & ST pole for fixing 6 nos Flood light. The complete header is also strengthening with designed MS flat size 500mm 6mm thick including scaffolding arrangement for lifting the same at the to of 8 mtr. long ST pole as per direction of EIC including painting.

Supplying and fixing 2 mm polyvinyle Sign board made of 22 SWG GI sheet box with 1"x1" aluminium channel for fixing the vinyl board after necessary cutting the letter as required with all accessories.
