Supplying and stacking at site.Over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 120 mm to 40 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks:1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing.

Provision for fabrication of fixing of MS Grill over boundry wall as per approved design including cost of labour and material etc

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Provision for Dismantling of wall for making hole to fix Grill

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar
