Excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

S&F MS angle/flat iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed. (each line wire measured)

Dismantling chain link fencing of any size complete all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type n.exc 4 kg/sqm

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standars, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of building wire.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts 12 mm dia. (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc 10cm long complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item 11 above but except brick after cleaning.

M&L Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping / benching complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair or unfair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in gates including pintle hinges, stops, and work shop made sliding bolts etc. confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Demolition of RCC work (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as directed.

M&L precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L for providing TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to lenth, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

All as per item 23 above but round bars Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165)

Demolition of precast concrete articles as in RCC Jafri etc complete all as directed.

M&L factory made precast RCC Jallie 35mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), (meaaured solid) including wire reinforced and set in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for pre-polished factory made glossy coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick of approved make (colour and design/pattern shall be as approved by GE) over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) etc.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand bed complete all as directed.

Factory made Kerb stone of cement concrete having minimum strength of M-35, one edge chamfered set and jointed in CM (1:4) as fixed in repair etc complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old/newly concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
