Removal of ash deposit, silt and other waste materials from the drain running inside Power house building inclusive of charges for removal of existing M.S.Grill and refixing the same after completion of removal of slush from the drain as directed by the Engineer at site and depositing the slush nearby dustbins by head load for transporting away from site through vehicle, clean removal of the slush from the drains by using water hose and all head load lead, lift, Tools & Plants loading & Unloading charges etc., complete.(Vehicle will be provided at free of cost)
Removal of ash deposits, silt and other waste materials periodically from the outside drain leading from Unit IV to canteen and disposing the collected ash and other materials away from the site. The rate inclusive of removal of cover slab and refixing the same after cleaning the ash deposits, labour charges, hire charges for T&P’s safety appliances all lead, lift, loading & unloading transporting the removed ash and silt through departmental vehicle etc complete. (The vehicle will be arranged at free of cost by the department)
Cleaning of cobwebs in ceiling, walls alround in the T.G bay & Compressor room in the Power House Buildings from unit I to IV using the Departmental crane whenever available, including cost of all required cleaning materials, Tools and plants, labour charges, leads and lift, safety appliances etc., complete (excluding hire charges for the use of departmental crane which will be supplied by the Board at free of cost). This cleaning work shall be carried out four times once in 3 months during the contract period.
Collection/ Clearing, loading, transporting and disposal of debris/ slush/ silt/ waste materials, ash from collecting spot to a faraway place using Tractor (minimum one day per week) and as directed by the Engineer at site inclusive of loading & unloading of waste materials, hire charges for vehicle, including all labour charges, T&Ps ,safety appliances, cost of all lead, lift, transporting charges, etc., complete
