Design, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, factory testing, painting, packaging, delivery, installation, commissioning and performance evaluation of SS304 exhaust fans along with motor, starter panel and all accessories, RCC foundation with anti vibration pads, anti bird meshat discharge end and protective mild steel shed as per technical specification (refer Table 1). Fan capacity: 3000 CMH, Static: 150 mm WC.

Dismantling of two number of SS fume hoods along with its ducting, modification of false ceiling at DC9; shifting of same fume hoods from room No DC9 to DC13, ETP. Removal of PVC duct of existing four number fume hoods, and dispose at TVS stores.Required tools & logistics are in the scope of bidder .

Dismantling and cutting of MS fume hoods along with its ducting, modification of false ceiling at DC13, ETP. Disposal of generated scrap at TVS stores as per department procedures. Required tools & logistics are in the scope of bidder .

TIG Welding of SS 304 pipe with DP testing of pipe size 8”, 10" and 12” using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min)

Providing of SS Damper single louver for fume hood size: 250 mm diameter with geared chain-pully block. Damper shall be installed at 2 mts height on the fume hood and shall be operated from the ground using chain arrangement.
