Tender for Supply, installation and commissioning of 15 meter dome and 4K 2D projection planetarium equipment with all necessary peripherals at Dharwad through KSTePS

Experience in Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of minimum 15m diameter 4K 2D Digital Full Dome Planetarium Systems during last 5 years, having executed similar work(s) with value not less than 80% of the estimated project cost. Minimum two similar installations worldwide, including one in India operational for at least 6 months. The two implemented projects shall be executed using the same OEM (planetarium projection system and Dome) proposed for this project.

Registration certificate of the firm/company under the Suitable Act. Copies of the documents defining the constitution or legal status of the firm/company.

GST Registration Certificate and PAN Number/ Card of the Supplier/firm

The Bidder should furnish a brief write-up, backed with adequate data, explaining his available Equipment supply, installation and commissioning capability and up-to-date testing facilities. Bids may not be considered if the past experience in the field of digital planetarium is found to be un-satisfactory or is of less than 5 (five) years for OEM.

Bank Solvency Certificate by Scheduled /Nationalized Bank of Rs. 12.00 crore

Income Tax Return certificates for the last three consecutive years (2022-23,2023-24,2024-25).

The Bidder shall have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of not less than Rs. 12.00 crore during the last three consecutive financial years.
