Supply installation testing and commisioning of 1000 kVA automatic voltage controller (Servo stabilizer) after disconnection and removing of 1200 kVA existing servo stabilizer. Automatic voltage controller (Servo stabilizerautomatic voltage controller (Servo stabilizer) should be natural oiled cooled type, copper wound suitable for Balanced - Indoor use at a temperature rise min. 40 °C, above ambient temp, 3-Phase Balanced Input Voltage and balanced load (unbalance upto 40% ph-ph), with the following specs : Input voltage: 365- 465 volt, 3 phase , AC, 50 Hz, output voltage: 415 V ± 1%, Duty cycle 100% contineous, efficiency: 95% or more.The Equipment will primarily consist of the following: A. Linear type continuously variable voltage regulator (s) B. Double wound buck-boost transformer(s) C. Digital Integrated Control Module with Relay for sensing & controlling in the Auto mode. D. Mode of Operation: Both Auto Mode and Manual Mode with help of Raise/Lower Push Buttons and with help of ‘T’ Handle, if motor fails E. Others: Current Transformer(s), MCBs for control circuit, Lifting Lugs, Drain Valve, Oil Level Gauge, Rating Plate, Earthing Terminals, Junction Box, Thermometer Pocket, Wheels for Uni-directional movement etc E. Oil for first filling should be include in the price. The make of automatic voltage controller (Servo stabilizer) should be Airen power/Jindal/Servokon/Servotech/Purevolt/DSP/HPCS or equavalent as directed by engineer incharge.
Supplying, installation testing of cubical indoor type (IP-42) Panel as per given specification suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. The equipment shall be designed to conform to the requirements of Low Voltage switchgear Assemblies IEC 60439. Panel fabricated in compartmentalised design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates including cleaning & finishing complete with 9 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit with stand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable section, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of suitable size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with suitable size of aluminium bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, including providing and fixing following switch gears complete etc as approved and directed by engineer incharge. ( Note: 1. Panel should be fablicated by reputed CPRI approved manufacturer i.e. Tricolite /Application control /Adlec /Ambit /kalka automation/ RP control or equavalent CPRI approved panel manufacturer. 2. All incomer & Outgoing ACBs, shall be with microprocessor based releases (O/C, S/C & E/F), with current display and inbuilt onboard (Ics=100%Icu=Icw for 1 Sec ) operational voltage shall be 690Vac, of following make - Schneider Masterpact NW/ABB Emax2/Siemens WL/Legrand DMX SP or equavalent. 3. All MCCB'S shall be 3 Pole, 36 kA, with min. operational voltage 690Vac, ICS as 100% ICU of following make ABB Tmax/Legrand DRX/Schneider NSX/Siemens VA or equavalent).
BUS BARS:- Minimum 3200 A capacity 4 pole aluminium bus bars with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and including DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete, for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. OUTGOING:- 630A 3 Pole 36 kA, MCCB With adjustable thermal magnetic based O/C, S/C release, operational voltage min. 690Vac with Aux. contact and ON/Off indication light with each MCCB ------- Qty 12 Nos
