REPAIR/PAINTING OF STEEL FURNITURE (ALMIRAH LOCKER STEEL TABLES AND CHAIRS) INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF PLYWOOD TOP TO CHARPOY GI PIPE AT AF STN CARNICOBAR.

M & L for dismantling GI charpoy and carrying out repairs like threading at ends of existing pipe, removing broken unserviceable legs, long rails, short rails, elbows and check nuts welding joints wherever necessary and threading at both ends, fixing new elbows and check nuts, reassembling the GI charpoy complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Drawing Ref FD-220/ 77) Note: Long rails, Short rails, Stiffener, elbow and check nuts required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, the fixing charge including welding shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply only GI 32mm dia 3Way elbow for GI pipe Charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.

Supply only GI check nut for GI pipe charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.

Supply only 30 mm x 4mm MS flat iron stiffener duly drilled for fixing of ply top to be welded to long rail at both sides of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade duly threaded at both ends for long rail of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade duly threaded at both ends for short rail of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M & L for removing the existing unserviceable or worn out plywood top of Charpoy GI/Charpoy OR Steel and S & F new 12mm thick Ply wood top, commercial BWR Grade, type BB, ISI Marked with nut & bolts to stiffeners and rails of charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.

M & L for removing existing unserviceable table top and supply and fix new top with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round duly polished on all sides all as shown on drawing and as directed for the following:-.Table Office / Officer Steel (Drawing Ref FD- 84/ 1003)
