Pre-painted coloured corrugated profiled Galvalume/Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS -513(AZ-150 GSM,Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397),as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws, colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer,all fixed with galvanised self drilling self tapping fastener(12-14x55 with EPDM seals), complete all as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm thick Cement fibre E-board (designer false ceiling) of size 600mm x 600mm panel conforming to IS 14862 type B category three including GI frame work with size of grid 605mm x 605mm including all accessories and GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 to 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using screws at 452 mm C/C, channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm C/C with GI cleat and steel expansion or suitable hanging from soffits/trusses/bracket supporting hanger compressing of GI wire, fibre E-board fixed to GI grid work with screws and applying to coats of distemper and one coat of primer applying on new surfaces, the fibre sheet should be fire resistant, water resistant, termite resistant, environment friendly & 100% asbestos free, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed) , trussed , purlins,crane gantries , rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces conforming to Fe 410-W, Gde E-250 Quality 'B', complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Description all as per item No 09 above but area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4 square metre each.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.) (A) Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each

Venetian blinds of approved make, vertical type using 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as chord/ thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc., and necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dura stone tiles of size 300mmX300mmX10mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete, all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Machine pressed (factory made) precast plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm thick and the like with plain fair faces including chamfering, weatherings, etc., embedding in position/laid in trenches on edges of roads including necessary formwork, including excavation in any type of soil, returning filing and removal of surplus soil/debris to a distance not exc 50 m from the starting point and including bedded, jointed and setting in cement morter 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete (glossy finish) tiles 300mm x 30mm x 40mm thick, with mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportion & no pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, including and over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base to floors and the like, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zink chrome primer complete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles (light shade) of 10mm thick coloured (area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 31.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles (double charged) of 10 mm thick Dark Shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm, but not exceeding 1.00 sqm as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying 3 mm thick a layer of wall care putty of walls to give uniform surface, surface scrubed with emery paper and make surface good and clean, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new/old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium, point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as light fittings, switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, ceiling, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed (FRLS) cable with multi stranded copper conductor wiring in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) 20mm dia and over, wall thickness not less than 2.00 mm thick , and all accessories for one light / fan / bell/ exhast fan controlled by one switch with MS boxes of suitable for modular switch/socktes combination, including modular cover plate of suitable size,including blank plate(if required) for concealed on walls,switches, socket outlet, regulator etc along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated sheathed armored heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade cable with aluminum conductors laid in trenches/pipe, fixed to poles, walls of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core including taking up/down old unserviceable cables. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI tubing light grade 40mm bore along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
