SPL REPAIRS TO EXISTING LT UG CABLE AND PANEL BOARDS AT ASCON NODES POKARAN KHETOLAI AND LATHI UNDER AGE (I) POKARAN

S & F in repair, the existing panel board outdoor/indoor, fixed to the wall/platform/pole etc by replacement of old unserviceable items i.e. MCCB / MCB / Voltmeter / Ampemeter / PT/CT/ Indicators etc from panel and making new electric connections with multistandard copper cable of suitable size with lugs, welding of broken portion of panel, providing of new hinges after removing old broken hinges, handle including painting of outdoor/ indoor any type, any size and any make of panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to external surface of panels complete etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Replacement of unserviceable items i.e. MCCB/MCB/ Voltmeter/ Ammeter/PT/CT/Indicators etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fixing MCCB 250 Amps, 415 volts AC with breaking capacity 36 KA, four pole complete all as specified and directed at site

Supply & Fixing MCCB 200 Amps, 415 volts AC with breaking capacity 36 KA, four pole complete all as specified and directed at site

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 4 Core 10 Sqmm incl taking out of existing cable all as directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay GI tubing , 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- ISI

All as per item no:15 above but 50 mm bore

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supply and laying Jodhpur stone patti for cable protection of lenth between 55 to 60 cm but width between 25 to 30 cm thicknes not less than 5 cm complete as per site requirement incl removing old unsv patti and direction of engineer in charge.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with cold bitumen etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning thoroughly the street light poles/LT distribution poles of any height and any description (Maximum 11 Mtr long ) with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping of old corroded paint dirt/ rust carefully and applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over existing coat of paint including marking of pole numbers and colour washing of pole coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- ASIAN (APCOLITE)/ SHALIMAR (SUPERLAC)/ BERGER (LUXOL)

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction/ terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 120 x 140 x 70 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 02 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or outgoing cables by providing suitable size of cable lugs/ glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed. Make: Hensel/ Syntex/ C&S/ Neptune

Supply and fixing in repairs LED indication lamp R/Y/B as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs current transformer with suitable CT ratio as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 32 amps, 3 pole operating voltage, 415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz and breaking apacity 10KA complete including taking down old unsv MCBs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
