REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CEILINGS, CHAJJAS, BEAMS, COLUMNS AND ALLIED CIVIL WORKS IN MD AND OTM ACCOMMODATION IN AOR OF AGE B/R BAMBOLIM UNDER GE PANAJI

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quantity Comprises for bldgs of G+0 to G+3 also .

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces (internal surfaces) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement

M&L for Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall all as specified and directed, applying 3mm thick wall care putty on internal walls surfaces of complete wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper(white/tinted/color) over a coat of primer on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces,complete removal of existing treatment (washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces) with over external walls. Note : 1. Washing and Removal of existing treatment shall be carried out by mechanized means and by jet washing (90-150 bar) as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying two or more coats on old surfaces with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: .The quantity compress for bldgs of G+0 to G+3 also .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer ,as per manufacturer's specification.
