By mechanical Transport Including loading, unloadingand stacking of Soling stone upto 5km (DSR 2021 pg No. 82 Item No. 1.1.7)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarseaggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriagefor all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.
