Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warrenty/support should be sent to the e-mail of the EIC and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill...

iii). If any refurbished meterial is supplied or installed,penal action will be taken as per existing govt. rules. *Defect liablity period 1year.
