REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF OLD CORRODED GI PIPELINE TO DI/PPR PIPELINE ALONGWITH CONNECTED WORKS AT ZONE A AREA OF BAGRAKOTE MIL STN UNDER GE SEVOKE ROAD

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down from any position existing steel water tubing 150 mm bore of any type and connections carefully including cleaning for refixing or removal to E/M store yard or issued as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule considered here-in-before.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe with spigot and socket end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000, suitable for push - on rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with portland cement and metallic zinc coationg and finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface of size 150 mm dia duly ISI marked including gaskets for fixing socket joint and other conneting acessories to laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal gate/globe valve, 50 mm bore, ISI Marked, with iron wheel headed screwed both ends for pipe including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R (Polypropylene random co-polymer) 90 mm outer dia pipe, 3-layer (outer green coloured UV stablilized, middle black coloured UV stabilized and innermost layer white coloured with anti-microbial property), as per IS-15801, fusion welded, grade PN-10 SDR-11 ( Pressure nominal 10KGS/cm2 ) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply with and including socket fittings, laid in trenches/walls complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Contractor shall submit 7 Years warranty certificate from the manufacturer of any manufacturing defect and leakage through the pipeline. (ii) If there is any technical problem regarding PP-R product,contractor shall provide support within 2 Days.

Materials and labour for construction of valve chamber of sizes 1200mm x 1200mm x1200mm (internal dimensions) complete with MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron) frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and locking arrangements, with handle duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black synthetic enmel paints including excvation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation ,PCC benching 1:2;4 type B-1 ,PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20 cm thick in cement mortor (1:6),10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 ,PCC bed in (1:3:6) and coping 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate including necessary formwork,painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminious black paint on all metalic surfaces as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Digital type water level indicator 150mm size digital display cable system including stem insertion for sensing the water level suitable for overhead water reservoir complete etc with suitable fixing arrangement and other accessories as per OEMs manual for and incl necessary PVC Sheathed / PVC Insulated copper cable 0.5 Sqmm 03 Core from sensor to display unit (incl PVC Conduit, flexible conduit, bends etc) with following specfiications etc to be operated with 230Volts single phase AC supply including fixing arrangement in a weather proof enclosure with front view glasses etc model DDS-6 of SECO make or equivalent alongwith a hooter for alert of overflow and drain out mode etc including taking down old unserviceable water level indicator deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Size of Upper Unit : Lenght 22" , Width- 8" and Height - 8" , Display Unit - 8 display in one panel , Panel Size - Length 40", Width-44" and Height-6".

Materials and labour for manual boring holes 1 m deep in soil under road without disturbing the top surface for laying pipeline passing and disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in , road PCC or any other works required on site requirement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
