Dismantling/Removal of damaged Street Light Pole of 9.5 mtr height from the concrete foundation base by unscrewing or cutting the nut and transporting the same to the storage place inside campus as required

Supply of factory made 6 mtr. height, hot dip galvanized octagonal pole having 130mm dia at the bottom and 70mm dia at the top made up of 3mm thick HR Sheet along with base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 12mm thick including supply of 0.5 mtr long hot dip galvanized standard single arm bracket made up of 40 NB GI Pipe suitable to mount on pole top and foundation “J” Bolts of length 600mm (as per the enclosed specification of Pole and Accessories) similar to Bajaj pole type Cat NO. BOP – 6030 or its equivalent in other reputed manufacturers complete as required.

Errection of metallic pole of 6.5 mtrs at a depth of 1 mtr below G/L in cement concrete (1:3:6) foundation of size 40mm x40mm and 0.50 mtr above G/L for providing collor with plastering including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 70 Watt LED Street Light luminaire similar to Havells Model No. ENDURA CITYLINER NEO Cat No. 70WLED75PASYBOTGODS on the existing Street light pole including connection or its equivalent, etc as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 2 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of SMC box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm, Code No. GSJB- 3020, along with 63A FP heavy duty SMC connector & 6A DP MCB with suitable support of M.S angle and flat with self locking fastener including fixing the connector & MCB inside the box and connection of existing UG cable on the connector inside the box or its equivalent etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. a) 20 mm

Supplying of following XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: No. 7098 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable. Make: Havells and should be NABL certified or equivalent to Polycab /Finolex etc. as required. a) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying & Laying of double walled corrugated high density polyethylene pipe having corrugation at the outer wall and plain surface inner walls, conforming to IS 14930 part-II complete with necessary HDPE fittings for protection of 1.1 KV underground cable directly in ground at a depth of 50 cm including excavation and filling the trench etc as required. a) 63 mm outer dia and 38 inner dia nominal size

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. a) 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm)
