Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced) not exc 15 cm thick in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean redius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified as directed.

M&L 12 mm thick rendring in 1:6 cement mortar on brick work or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated plaster surface and applying two coat of coloure wash complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C -2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in path complete all as specified as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in 1:4 cement mortar on stone masnory and concrete surface in drain finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter with rough finished surface of concrete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling/floor and mass concreting complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type D2 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling/floor and mass concreting complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigmnet including 15 mm thick 1:4 cement concrete screed bed all as specified as directed.

Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' all as pecified as directed.

Deformed or twisted mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified as directed.

All as above item but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for precast cement concrete manhole cover slab, lintel n exc 1.5 m span and similar item in 1:2:4 type B1, (20 mm graded aggregate) set in 1:4 cement mortar all as specified as directed.
