Taking down old unserviceable PVC pipe and Supply, laying and testing of Polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) (PN-16/SDR 7.4)-3 Layers pipes, UV stabilized and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability with and including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed such as bends, Elbow, Tee, Short Length, Socket, Union, Check Nuts, Nipples etc. (Females/Males as required), suitable for hot cold water supply line including making good disturbed surfaces/cutting chassis in CM 1:3, laid in trenches and including testing complete all as per manufacture’s instruction and all as specified and directed for the following outer dia of pipes:-

25 mm bore (Outer Dia)

50 mm bore (Outer Dia)

75 mm bore (Outer Dia)

90 mm bore (Outer Dia)

110 mm bore (Outer Dia) Note :- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S &F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for PP-R Pipes and fixed in repair for following bore of pipes :-

25 mm bore (Outer Dia).

50 mm bore (Outer Dia).

75 mm bore (Outer Dia)

90 mm bore (Outer Dia)

110 mm bore (Outer Dia) Note :- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock pump set suitable for 415V, 3 Phase System having capacity 7.5 HP minimum head 24M and discharge of 840 LPM alongwith connecting fitting/Fixtures, foot valve, Foot valve pipe, necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer instructions including foundation bolts, Concrete bed and base frame and connections including taking down existing pump and connected fixtures and depositing the same to E/M store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix DOL control panel consisting of DOL starter, single phase preventor, relays, digital ammeter, digital voltmeter, MCB and control wiring suitable for Centrifugal monoblock pump 7.5 HP 415V AC including taking down existing DOL Control panel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe lines, valve chambers, man holes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 59m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road up to a size not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of water pipe lines making good the disturbed surfaces so as to match with existing finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 , cement motor in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Online UPS suitable for 6 KVA 192 V DC 02 Nos with SMF Batteries of 12 V 26 AH of 32 Nos alongwith MS Rack and interlink cables of suitable size with battery MCB complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : UPS : Model Finch PW of Fuji Electricals, Battery : Quanta/Microtek or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Online UPS suitable for 6 KVA 192 V DC 02 Nos with batteries Batteries of 12 V 150 AH of 04 Nos alongwith MS Rack for batteries with interlink cables of suitable size with battery MCB complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : UPS : Microtek Home UPS Model JM SW 2500/24V Battery : Quanta/Microtek or equivalent as approved by GE.
