Supply and Fixing of 'Armstrong' or equivalent as approved by GE of 16 mm thick gypsum based ceiling butt edged of Glass fiber acoustic ceiling tiles of 24mm thick grid form forming a module size of 600X600mm.The title has foiling on the back for weather resistance & vinyl on the front face.The grid should be of 24mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T-section i.e the main Runner 1200 & 600mm cross tees.The 'T' section have Galvanizing of 120 grams per sqm.

Supplying and Fixing of 'Armstrong' or equivalent as approved by GE for Acoustical wall paneling with square edges made of fibre glass substrates 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with Acoustically transparent and fire resistant fibric with option of colours as per the direction of Engr- in- charge of size 1200X600 or 600X600mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC value Glass wool to be affixed to wall using wall panel impellers supplied by Armstrong India pvt Ltd or Fabric gripper system acoustic panelling with strong GI framing of galvanizing coating upto 120 GSM section vertically of 50mm web and flange (34/36)mm of thickness 0.50 to 0.70 of C stud and horizontally U channel of (50x32) of thickness 0.50 to 0.70 with 50mm thick 90Kg/ Cum glass wool and 3mm Spunch equivalent and construction adhesive as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing for wiring of circuit/ submain wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated unsheather FRLSH (conforming to IS-694) multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper concuctor cable as in earth continuity concuctor drawn through and including PVC conduit pipe of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories fixed on roof/ wall/ ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such ceiling roses tuble light fittings for reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/ removing of ceiling fan, setting aside for refixing, replacing of fan down rod of approx length 1.5 to 1.7 mtr including refixing ceiling fan complete and connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Cats eyes duel directional Glass beads reflector body material ABS plastic size 117mmx117mmx23mm reflector 19 or 21 Bi convex glass element on each side compressive strength upto 35 tons. Colour body yellow colour with red reflector (IS-67-1977) . Fixing by means of nail and epoxy fixing to roads by hammering complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable one. M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to iron & steel surfaces exeeding 10cm width & girth including preparation of surface.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide & not exc 1.5m deep for foundation for pipe line etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan & not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 (40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation filling and mass concrete

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns as in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves (reinforcement shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over as in reinforcement including cutting, cranking bending & binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly pastered surface of walls Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical by closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

S&F only water meter, metal stopcock gunmetal gate valve, brass ball valve, gunmetal non-returning valve in PP-R pipe line
