M&L for repair/servicing greasing etc of Condenser/Chiller Pump motor Of cap 7.5 HP and re-fixing the same at existing location with proper alignment after replacing accessories as under: - (a) Gland bush , studs, nuts & washers (b) Ball bearing of pump set (c) Remetaling grinding and polishing of pump shaft to required size or complete all as specified and directed (d) Gland packing ,greasing in pump bearings and making its proper alignment etc.

Material and labour for taking out window type AC from site of any capacity .and make for servicing including cleaning with air blower , cleaning and washing fins of cooling coil with caustic soda mixed water, taking out all dirt , sludge deposited, cleaning of air filter including oiling / greasing of condensing fan motor , spray painting of outer cover with 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour as directed with writing of serial No SM/MES No. and reinstalled the AC in position with fixing of putty etc. complete all as specifed and directed. Note : Any damage occurred during repair for which contractor will be responsible to rectify defects without any cost to the Govt.

Material and labour for servicing /overhauling of split type AC unit capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton including painting to outer cover and components with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour complete all as specified and directed including following: (a) Cleaning and descaling of condensing unit and cooling coil with caustic soda mixed water and air blower and taking out all dirt /sludge etc. complete. (b) Greasing / oiling of blower fan motor.
