Supply and application of seamless Polyurethane (PU) based elastomeric coating exposable to atmosphere. The work consisting a) Application of PU based primer minimum of 100gms per SQM like MICROSEALER 50 of Alchemica/Ultraseal PU primer of Bostik / Masterseal P 2525 of BASF / Terra prime flrom CIPY / Shaliprime PUM of STP makes.b) supply and application of seamless PU based elastomeric coating over primer consiting of I) using material not less than 1.5 KG/Sqm having elongation more than 400 % ii) Material should have adhesion more than 20 KG/SQ.CM iii) the material should have Shore'Á'hardness more than 60 ( Contractor shall use Material like HYPERDESO CLASSIC of Alchemica/Ultraseal PU of Bostik / Masterseal M800 of BASF /Terraflex of CIPY/ Shaliurithane LHM of STP makes are only acceptable as approved by EIC)

M & L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Supply and fixing of Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick for laying floor finishes.

Supply and fixing of Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick for laying floor finishes.
