Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Wiring for Light Point /Fan Point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for Light / Power Plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 no 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

i)2 x 1.5 sq.mm + 1x 1.5 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing metal box of size 180 mm x100mm x60 mm deep (nominal size)on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front i/c providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch connection painting etc .as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of wall bracket/ ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way , single pole and neutral , sheet steel , MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, power painted i/c earthing etc.as required. (But without MCB/RRCCB/Isolator)

Supplying of LED square light similar to Havells Octane LED panel square, Lamp type 15W LED 6500K, ordering code LHEBHEP7IZ1W015 slim, compact, auminum die cast edge lit panel, recess mounted square fixture with opal diffuser and separate electronic driver as required. Make: Havells or equivalent to ISI standard

Supplying and installation of ceiling fan (1200 mm sweep),i/c wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30cm) with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required .Make: Bajaj or equivalent to ISI standard.

Supplying & Installation of 25W LED street light fittings of all sizes and shapes, including fabrication of metallic pole for road way light fitting upto 1.0 meter made out of 32mm dia G.I pipe etc. including fixing on the wall, painting connections complete with all accessories etc. as required. Make- Crompton or equivalent to ISI Std.

Supplying and Installation of 10W LED Bulk head wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required. Make Havells or equivalent to ISI standard.

Supplying and installation of 20 w LED tube light fitting/ fluorescent tube fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all type complete with all accessories and tube etc.directly on ceiling/ wall,i/c connection with 1.5sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required .Make: crompton or equivalent to ISI standard.

Providing and fixing of syntex box of size 250mmx200mmx105mm for fixing of Energy Meter etc. as required
