P/F paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding glass panes which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer –in-charge .(1st class imported wood) 30mm thick

Providing and fixing 4mm thick glass panes including cost of beading etc complete job.

P/F 30mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors , windows and clustery windows inc. ISI marked M.S. pressed but hinges bright finished required size with necessary screws of 1st class imported wood

P/F35mm thick shutters for doors, with 12 mm thick pre laminated board of approved quality and brand complete (imported wood)

P/L vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colors and shades. laid on 20 thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) incl. grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (for walls etc)

P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO., ORIENT,SOMANT, KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colors , shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer –in-Charge in skirting, risers, of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

P/f ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 1.3755 of NITCO, ORIENT,SOMANT, KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colors , such as white, Ivory , Grey , Fume, Red, Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc comp job.

P/F gang saw cut mirror polished / machine cut for kitchen platform vanity counters of approved shade and colour laid over 20mm (avg.) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) laid and jointed with cement slurry including rubbing and polishing comp. with granite black second quality as directed at site of work

P/F salem stainless steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per I.S 13983 with C.I brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm incl. painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required . kitchen sink with drain board 510x 1040 mm bowl depth 178mm
