Removing the existing worn out unserviceable Ply wood from Bed Hard steel MAP as per drawing and directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
Supply and fixing of ply wood commercial of size 7' x 3' x 12'mm thick BWR grade, Ist mark kit ply (Vista) / Assam power / Anchor on top frame with counter sunk screw with washer of required length all as specified and as specified and as directed by Engineer - in-Charge.
M&L welding frame of Bed Hard MAP and making good condition for fixing of Ply top and apply one coat of synthetic enamel Black paint and providing hard rubber shoes 04 Nos for each frame at leg side all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Repair to Almirah large steel (FD-67 and 1031 as under :-
Removing of unserviceable 3 way locking device and providing / S&F of new locking device 3 way and fixing them to almirah large and making original shape complete welding to the almirah all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable hinges from shutters S & F of new hinges 75 mm by welding properly to the shutters all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable locks and providing new locks of size 50 mm, 6 levers with stainless steel keys in duplicate for Almirah large steel with shelves and fixing them with existing 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable / broken handles & providing new handle steel chromium plated 100mm to almirah large with shelves & fix suitably as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing unserviceable shelves of almirah large steel with shelves and providing new shelves, made out of 20 guage MS black sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer by means of spray painting & providing necessary cleats/nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing unserviceable / broken old legs of almirah large steel and supply and fixing of new leg of same as per drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the old unserviceable / worn out Gas lift mechanism / pnuematic pump from the chair, replacing with new high quality gas lift mechanism pump alongwith titling bolt suitable size duly fitted to the chair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the old unserviceable / worn out Arm rest (Handle) from the chair, replacing with new D type PU soft / Hard handles of suitable size duly fitted to the chair with screws / Bolt at required size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the old unserviceable stand Base from the chairs, replacing with new stand made up of Base PVC with wheel of reqiured size to be fitted to the chair at original shape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Removing of unserviceable Handles from lockers, S&F of new handles 100mm steel CP ('C' type) duly welded to the locker shutter in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable 3 way locking device from locker S&F of new locking device complete with 100mm steel CP handles duly fitted with nut and bolt / welding to the locker in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable lock from locker S&F of new locks of size 50mm, 6 levers with keys in duplicate and fixing them with 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Repair to table dining ORs (FD-165(M) as under :-
Removing of existing unserviceable top of Table Dining ORs and Supply and Fixing of new Aluminium top of same size and shape made out of 18 / 19 mm thick of block board duly covered of 1 mm thick aluminium sheet and fixing with suitable screw to table as per drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing of old unserviceable leg with rubber shoe and welded new legs with rubber shoe as per existing specification and drawing.
Removing of old unserviceable long rail of top frame and welded new long rail as per existing specification and drawing.
Removing of old unserviceable short rail of top frame and welded new short rail as per existing specification and drawing.
Removing of old unserviceable stiffner long and welded new stiffner long as per existing specification and drawing.
Removing of old unserviceable stiffner short and welded new stiffner short as per existing specification and drawing.
Rapair to GI Charpoy 32mm (FD-220) as under :-
Removing the existing worn out unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Tightening of all loose parts check nuts, elbows, long rails and short rails etc to hold the charpoy tight to original shape as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable long rails of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm med grade and replacing with new long rail of 32 mm dia med. grade GI pipe with ISI marked, duly threaded at both ends (Minimum 10 threads for each end) complete and all as specified and shown on drg.
Removing the unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe med. grade S&F new short rail made out of GI pipes obtained from Ser item No 7.03 above by cutting, threading into short rails (Minimum 10 threads for each end) fixing as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable legs of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia med. grade and S&F of new legs made out of GI pipes obtained from item Nos 7.03 & 7.04 above (long rail & short rail) by cutting to size of legs duly threaded at one end and other side base plate made out of 60 mm dia 3 mm thick MS sheets with proper and smooth welding remain same as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable Elbow GI 32 mm dia 3 way from charpoy GI Pipe frame. Supply and fix new Elbow 32 mm dia 3 way with ISI marked and as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing unserviceable GI check nut 32 mm dia medium grade from charpoy GI Pipe. Supply & fix new 32 mm dia check nut all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Supply and fixing of nylon newar 50 / 55 mm wide virgin quality and re-weaving closely with the charpoy GI frame. Nylon newar shall not be less than 1.50 kg in each charpoy. (Recyled newar shall not be used) all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Repair to table office Clks steel (FD-84/381/1004) as under :-
Removing unserviceable locks and providing new drawer brass lock with stainless steel duplicate keys for tables all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge
Removing the unserviceable table top and providing new top of size 1220mm length x 610mm width, made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board including 4mm thick teak beading all round the table top complete duly french polished all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge
Removing the unserviceable drawers and supply new drawer as per same specification and size directed by Engineer-in charge

M&L welding frame of old teapoy varandah and making good condition for fixing of Top and apply one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint and providing hard rubber shoes 04 Nos for each frame at legs side all as drected by Engr-in-charge.
Removing unserviceable top of teapoy varandah and providing new top of size 900 x 450mm, made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board including teak wood beading 4mm thick alround the top, duly french polished as directed & as shown on Drawing.
Repair to chair Varandah (FD-19(M) / 256 / 259) as under :-
Removing od worn out / unserviceable plastic cane from chair varandah, welding the loose / broken portion of chair frame wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white on frame, recanning the chair with 5 mm x 0.4 mm thick plastic cane good quality (recycled cane shall not be used). Provided with 04 Nos rubber shoes to legs of chair varandah all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Table Computer (FD / E6 / MAP / 03)
Removing unserviceable / broken top of table computer and providing new top of same size made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board including teak wood beading 4 mm thick alround the table top duly french polished as directed and as shown on drawing.
M&L welding frame of old computer table and making good condition for fixing of top and apply one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and providing hard rubber shoes 04 Nos and 04 Nos PVC Caps for each frame at leg side all as shown in drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Repair to Charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm Ply Top (FD-220) as under :-
Removing old Ply top from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm and S&F of new ply top made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWR grade, ISI Mark Make Kit Ply (Vista / Assam Power / Anchor on top fixed to each cleat with counter sunk nut bolt and washer of required length all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing old unserviceable stiffner from charpoy and S&F of new stiffner made out of MS Square Tube 25 x 25 x 1mm thick between long rail to long rail as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing of old unserviceable cleats from GI charpoy and S&F of new cleats made out of MS Flate 40 x 6 mm, 50 mm long as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for scrapping old paint and applying putty and making smoothing of surfaces complete before painting and applying one coat of red oxide (Steel primer) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green by spray painting their after of the following steel furniture :-
