Material and labour for Soil Resistivity Test in 8 Directions within the 25 mtr radius complete at varrious locations all as specified under following general condition and qouted rates of items includes complete the work as per technical requirement. Note - General condition (i) Field Audit Team to be deployed at site and will observe the safety rules prescribed as per testing regulations. (ii) Safety procedures & any other action / precaution such as health check up to be undertaken by the firm before commencing the work in the area. (iii) The resuls of detailed study / analysis and reports shall be furnished with all relevant & required data and drawings in Auto CADD format (Hard copy). (iv) Labour charge for disconnecting/Connecting of earth strip from / to the earth electrode and required any hardware such as bolts, nuts etc for breaking of concrete or any other civil required to drive the spike / probes during testing shall be includes quoted rates of items.

Material and labour for Earthing with new earth comprising of connected items like Earth electrode 17.2mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side complete all as specified and directed. Make - JEF Techno Solution PVt LTD or Equivalent make to aproved CE southren command, CE(AF) Bangalore .(Earth Electrod quantity shall be provided as per technical requirement of Soil resitivity result.) Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture. (v) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values. (vi) Provide the Exothermic welding joints to entire grid system joints of earthing electrod. (vii) Test certificated to be provide of each electrod.

Supply and fixing Brazing of copper/Aluminium/GI strip for continuity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI funnel of 75 mm dia (wire mesh) for suitable size of existing pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete installed at power house/sub station for lightning conductor with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top dege of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to 32X6mm galvanised MS strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in elctrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with GI protection pipe but all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and taking down old earthing material.

Supply and fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm longhex. head screw all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing copper/aluminium/GI strip of any size and making good the disturbed surface all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Aluminium steel strip 25 X 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground brazing at each joints between strip including saddle/Ceramic insulator/PCC block where required. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in single pointed copper franklin rod/Air Termination rod of 12mm dia 1000 mm long fixed to copper strip including drilling holes, nuts, bolts washers, Insulating mounting pads for resting/ supporting of air terminals etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fix PCC block of size 150 x 150 x 150mm in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 20mm graded aggregate for fixing of roof conductor/air termination rod/GI strip etc all as directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing light grade with all fitting fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore galvanised steel water medium grade with all fitting laid in trenches/road cutting including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing 20 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medjum grade with all fitting fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old GI pipecomplete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for 20 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix in repairs Bib Tap of 15 mm dia standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 90 gms ) all as specifed and directed. Make Prayag, Princes, Supreme

Cutting the existing GI pipe of any size for tapping or new connection with 25 mm including required fitting all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with dry type of soil all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 40 cm width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of GI Tube/Copper Strip including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one. 2. All the removable tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with in this quoted rate. 3. GI Pipe shall measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for earthing pit chamber of size 0.54x 0.54x 0.54 m and 150 mm thick by PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with 20 mm graded stone chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing pit cover of size 0.454x 0.54x .04 m with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing CI pit cover of size 0.30 0.30x .04 m all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of iron plate as earth pits indetifier board as per standerd size and specification, red Colour scheme of various type of size(Rectangular/Tringle/Square/Oval) 300 x 200 x 1.6 mm thick and angle iron for stand 04 feet height including all frame work,welding,cutting and painting the board as per direction of Air HQ colour code and writing the letters such as connected eqpt,type of earthing,resistence value,date of installation,date of check including of PCC works for fixing of earth sign board at the site of various location all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting writing earth value on marker iron board/plate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic Spacer for fixing of Copper/Aluminium/GI strip at dirrerent location complete all as specified and directed.
