SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No. 01 : Excavation in soft / loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 02 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 03 : S & F Mild steel work for fencing post and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, welding, notching for wire, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 04 : Supply only chain link galvanized fencing of weight not less than 4.0 Kg / Sqm of mess size 40mmx75mm (thickness 3.15mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 05 : Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 06 : Supply only Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths for chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 07 : M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 08 : S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 09 : S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts,standard bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured).

Item No. 10 : Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation, pier holes etc n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out complete.

Item No. 11 : M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete

Item No. 12 : M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns hookings ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less the 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

Item No. 13 : All as per item No above but 5 mm dia and over in stirrups, spacers and binders complete.

Item No. 14 : M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggreagate as in foundation including raft, footing, foundation beam, plinth beam, bases of column, pedastal under ream piles,mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 : M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggreagate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete.

Item No. 16 : Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns raft, beam sides and soffits (if any) of foundations & plinth beams and similar wk etc rough finished surface of concrete complete.

Item No. 17 : Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns stachions flat with rough finished surface of concrete complete.

Item No. 18 : Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 19 : Removing excavated material (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Item No. 20 : M&L for rendereing 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 : M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly prepared concrete surfaces over a coat of wall primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
