SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO T 115 OR LIVING AND PROVN OF 07 GEYSER BLDG NO T 108 AND P 58 AND 02 TOILET AND 01 BATHROOM BLDG NO T 28 AND WATER PIPELINES FROM SECTOR C TO COOKHOUSE AT 5MILE AND RETAINING WALL AT BACK SIDE OF BLDG NO T 45 UNDER GE GANGTOK

Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/ facia etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in -above but except sheeting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) on new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick (E-Boards) Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified and as dirceted.

S & F for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling confirming IS:733, 737 & IS:1285 ; all as specified and as directed.fix with hanger 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 6 mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed in wall, flat or slopingwith screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.
