[Rated Cooling Capacity-1,98,000 BTU/HR-(min)] The Outdoor unit shall have 3 set R-410 A duty hermetic sealed scroll compressors of AC/ 3 ph/415 Volt power supply, 3 row Condenser Coil having internally grooved copper tube & aluminum fins, 2 set Propeller Fans with 220 V motor, control, gauges & accessories. Ceiling Suspended /Convertable type Indoor unit having air flow rate-6600 CFM(min) complete with 4 row evaporator coil shall have internally grooved copper tube & aluminum fins,DIDW centrifugal blower with 3 phase drive motor having variable pitch pulley & 'V' Belts, synthetic washable 10 micron filters, refrigerant controller, valves, gauges

& other accessories like multi port distributor, thermostatic expansion valves, electronic thermostat, refrigerant valves & all other accessories. The unit shall be provided with microprocessor based control panel with corded remote controller.(Make-Hitachi/Mitsubishi/ Carrier/ Daikin/Voltas)

Ceiling Suspended Indoor unit having free air flow rate-800 CFM (min) complete with 4 row evaporator coil shall have internally grooved copper tube & aluminum fins, DIDW centrifugal blower with single phase motor synthetic washable 10 micron filters, refrigerant controller, valves & gauges like multi port distributor, thermostatic expansion valves, electronic thermostat, refrigerant valves & all other accessories.

Supply & Installation of Suitable MS fabricated Structures for Outdoor Units of 16.5 TR/17 TR & 7.5 TR AC Machines. The structure shall made out from 75 x 4o Channel with 35 x 35 x 5mm Angle frame work, 20 x 6mm strip platform & 32 NB pipe railing. painted with synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, necessary anchor fastners, nuts-bolts, multi layer anti-vibration pads, anchor fastners etc. complete with necessary civil work for grouting of supporting lugs etc. as per approved drawing For ODU of 16.5 TR/17 TR Ductable Split AC Units

Supply & Fixing of Thermal Insulation on Supply/ Return air ducting with 12mm thick aluminum foil pasted closed cell nitrile rubber sheet, to be fixed with special synthetic adhesives, jointing tape, etc. as required for the areas of duct as specified in approved shop drawings. Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

Supply, Fitting & Balancing of Extruded Aluminum Powder Coated Supply Air Grille/ Diffusers with GI enamel painted oppose blade volume control dampers. Supply air grilles shall have duel adjustable louvers .Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

Supply, Fitting & Balancing of Extruded Aluminum Powder Coated Return Air Grille/ Diffusers without volume control dampers. Return air grilles shall have single fixed louvers Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

Supply, Fitting of Extruded Aluminum Powder Coated Return Air Liner Grille having sigle fixed louvers with out dampers Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

Supply & erection of GI Fire Damper with Fusible Link to be placed at blower outlet of supply air ducting for 16.5 TR & 7.5 TR AC units

S&F IDU to Duct Chamber S & F flexible double canvass connection for Ductable Air conditioner.

Supply & fitting of ACP Drop Ceiling Enclosure Box for AC In-door units. The main structural frame including suitable sized service & inspection trap door at bottom shall be made out from 40 x 25 x 2mm thick hollow aluminum section complete with necessary GI full threaded hanger rod / bracket supports, fastners, hinge, door latch etc. as required to suit site condition & as per approved drawings. Entire enclosure & trap doors finally covered with 3mm thick ACP sheet with necessary GI screw & all joiint to be sealed with silicon sealent. Additional 2 row 32x20 aluminum hollow sections shall be provided for fixing of supply / return air grille (ACP colour shall be off white /light ash colour or as perdirected by EIC ).

Supply, Erection & laying set of Main Power Incoming Wires from main power source to each AC Out door Units. Each wire shall be 1.1 KV/FR / XLPE grade PVC insulated Copper wire to be drawn through FR grade PVC rigid conduit with necessary fittings, saddle, clamp, etc. as required. 4 x10 Sq.mm power + 2 x 4 Sq.mm earthing with 32 mm φ PVC conduit. (for 3 x 16.5/17 TR + 2 x7.5 TR ODU)

The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
