SITC of Feeder Pillar near Admin building for charging of FSW vehicles at MR Bangur Hospital

SITC of outdoor type single sided door feeder pillar box on brick foundation incl. construction of brick foundation of suitable length , width and Height such that there is suitable foundation below the ground level and the feeder pillar be installed at least 18” height from Gr. Level. Inside the brick pedestal will be filled up by loose sand where the incoming & outgoing cable will be rest The pillar box will be fabricated from 3 mm thick sheet steel with top cover/canopy being of 5 mm thick sheet steel. The size of the pillar box will be 950(H) x 650(W) x 500(D) mm with inner enclosure [size 800(H) x 550(W) x 350(D) mm] and 4 nos. angle iron leg & making interconnection by suitable size copper flat / wire. Double Locking arrangement will be made with lock and duplicate keys (7 lever Godrej, navatal lock) with door handle. One numbers lighting arrangement with control switch to be made inside the box as working light . Painting will be made by synthetic enamelled paint after 2 coats of red led primer.

Bricks foundation will be cement, plastering and neat cement finish.(as per direction of EIC) The feeder pillar box comprising the followings. Make-MCCBs/SFUs/Industrial Sockets will be of Legrand/Siemens/ABB/L&T Make. All the other accessories will be Legrand /Siemens/L&T Make and as per manufacturers standard ].

INCOMER:- a) 415V, 63A, FP, SFU with 3 nos HRC fuse - 1 No.

BUSBAR CHAMBER:- S&F 120 Amp capacity 99.9% - 99.5% electrolytic tinned copper 4 bar bus bar [size of flat 4 x 25 mm x 3 mm] mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification & all connection made with required size cu bars - 1set.

OUTGOING: 1) 240V ,32A ,2P+E industrial socket ( Inclined outlet) IP 67 -- 3 nos (each outlet to be indicated with their Amp rating)

Supply of 4 Core 25 sqmm XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts. [Make: Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C]

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :4 Core 25 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :4 Core 25 sqmm
