Manning, Maintenance and Operation including Supply, Repair, Rectification and Replacement of Parts in 39 Nos. Lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex, Raipur

Manning of 39Nos.of lift for day to day operation by unskilled manpower/operators for following lift in Hospital 05Nos. of two lift co-located. 04Nos. of three lift co-located. Lift to be operated in 03shift. on daily basis including Sunday & holiday.The total operating staff per day -27Nos.for 330days Total 8910 Man day deputed in shift as per schedule and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance & Operation of 39nos of lifts & complete installation including machine room, electrical panels, control panels, drives motors, car cabin, mechanical parts, breaks, ARD & other miscellaneous parts by carrying out various inspection comprising of daily/weekly & monthly checks, as per given schedule or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In various shift on daily basis including Sunday & holiday, in hospital building to ensure uninterrupted safe & smooth operation of all the lifts by total 06 Nos. of skilled manpower having ITI qualification or three year working experience in handling/operating/maintaining Lifts of various capacity. The technical manpower will ensure that all preventive measures are undertaken to avoid any breakdown of lifts. Certificate of Safety for all the lifts, installed in Hospital building, for operation will be provided from the Authorized Service Provider/OEM on quarterly basis or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Sl. Item No. 01 to 02 (i) The technical manpower shall be ITI qualified of any branch/ sub branch of electrical or mechanical trade or minimum three year experience in Maintenance & Operation of similar lift equipment. (ii) Installation shall be maintained daily including Sunday & holiday. (iii) The detail of maintenance schedule has to be submitted in a Proper Log Sheet and resister for Lifts will be maintained with reason of breakdown/ maintenance. (iv)Manning should be aware of rescue operation in lifts.

Repair, Rectification & Replacement of various parts/component of Lift Car Cabin comprising of 39Nos.lift (08 Passenger-02nos. /13Passenger-16nos./ 26 Passenger-21nos.) to ensure uninterrupted smooth and safe operation along with alternate arrangement for components taken down for repair/rewinding/rectification to include all type Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics component with Accessories of the Lift Car Cabin, including mandatory safety check. All Repair, Rectification & Replacement will be carried out to ensure no breakdown will be occur in specific lift for more than 4hrs. Penalty for non-operation of lift will be applicable if defect rectification/making alternate arrangement for putting the lift on road for operation is not carried out within 4hrs. as per terms & condition of contract, as specified by lift manufacturer and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair, Rectification & Replacement of various parts/component of Lift Machine Room comprising of 39Nos.lift (08 Passenger-02nos. /13Passenger-16nos./ 26 Passenger-21nos.) to ensure uninterrupted smooth and safe operation along with alternate arrangement for components taken down have to kept in store for repair/rewinding/rectification to include all type Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics component with Accessories of the Lift Machine Room, including mandatory safety check. All Repair, Rectification & Replacement will be carried out to ensure no breakdown will be occur in specific lift for more than 4hrs. Penalty for non-operation of lift will be applicable if defect rectification/making alternate arrangement for putting the lift on road for operation is not carried out within 4hrs. as per terms & condition of contract, as specified by lift manufacturer and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Replacement including taking out of existing defective MS/SS Car Panel/enclosure with RL75 Stainless Steel scratch proof panels in approved finish fitted in 08/13/26 passenger lift, with necessary arrangement etc.as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement including taking out of defective stainless steel vandal proof textured landing & car doors panel set with RL75 Stainless Steel scratch proof car door in approved finish fitted in 08/13/26 passenger lift, with necessary arrangement etc. as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement of existing Stator including taking out of defective Stator with necessary arrangement etc. in 08/13 passenger lift,as required., specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement of existing Stator including taking out of defective Stator with necessary arrangement etc. in 26 passenger lift,as required., specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Repair & Rewinding of existing Stator including taking out of defective Stator with necessary arrangement of transportation etc. in 08/13 passenger lift,as required., specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Repair & Rewinding including taking out of defective Stator with necessary arrangement of transportation etc. in 26 passenger lift,as required., specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement including taking out of defective drive unit in lift control panel with necessary arrangement etc. in 08/13 passenger lift,as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement including taking out of defective drive unit in lift control panel with necessary arrangement etc. in 26 passenger lift,as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.

Supplying & Replacement including taking out of defective Exhaust Fan with necessary arrangement etc. in 08/13/26 passenger lift, as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex.
