S&F Flush Flush shutters 35mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Non skid dark coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm to 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including demolition floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
