03 - Construction of CC Road Near by Kumawat Nohara Manpura in UIT Area Chittorgarh

Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m Excavation for roadway in soil using manual methods, including transporting the excavated earth to the embankment site with a lift of up to 1.5 meters and a lead of up to 50 meters, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3. ​

Providing ,laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material ,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed Material to work site ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density ,complete as per clause. Grading III

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to wet mix macadam Specifications including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with moter grader/F.E. loader/paver finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared Under-base and compacting with vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Diversion etc. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 406) with all lead & lift

Providing and Laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, as per drawing and MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 602, 112. using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments
