Slope Protection TT-13 - Ph-I

Providing & placing shotcrete facing of required thickness with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength of M30 (with OPC 53 or Portland Slag cement or Portland Pozzolana cement) with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of wire mesh, centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Wire mesh shall be hard drawn 100 mm square size steel wire fabric as per IS:1566 with minimum 4.0 mm dia. wire having nominal mass of 1.980 kg/m2. Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires, levelling gauges, etc. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. It includes all lead & lifts, loading, unloading etc. required for the completion of the Job. First layer of shotcrete of 50mm thick in the entire slope surface prior to drilling and fixing of wire mesh all over the slope area with U-hooks.

Drilling, supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 50 mm nominal size dia drainage uPVC pipes in bore hole of 65mm with perforation at site as per drawings, wrapped all-around with 250 gsm non-woven geotextiles including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all lead & lifts, loading, unloading etc. required for the completion of the Job.

Earthwork in excavation at all depths by mechanised excavation below & above finished ground level for slope protection works, trimming of slope surface, etc. to the required levels and grades, dressing of sides and ramming on bottom at all lifts. Authorised working space, benching complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer/Consultant in both dry and wet conditions including necessary pumping/bailing out of water, slush removal etc. and transporting the additional excavated materials within a lead of 2 km including all manpower, material, necessary equipment etc. All kind of Soil, soft rock, weathered rock
