Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorite (Altock GP/ Aquafit) 65%-70% Chlorine Content (Calcium based Granuar Disinfectant for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Manufacturer's Test Certificate for Each Lot alongwith Original Purchase Voucher shall be furnished by the Contractor for Payment.

M&L Cleaning HDPE Water Tank of Capacity 5000 Litre and the connected Circulating Pipes at any Position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots, etc. or any other foreign materials from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, Draining out the water in the Tank and Washing internally by using Bleaching Powder and again Draining out the water in the Tank, Writing Letters "TANK CLEANED ON : DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning of Tank) not exc. 75mm in Height & 15mm Width with White Paint on Black Back Ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting Pressed Steel Storage Water Tank 46800 Litre Capacity having 3.00 Metre High Steel Stagging, Removing rust, etc. from surfaces of Storage Water Tank of Outer Walls and Steel Stagging by rubbing with Wire Brush, applying Two Coats of Aluminium Paint on Outer Area of Tank and Steel Stagging, and applying One Coat of Black Bituminous Paint to Inside Portion of Storage Water Tank and all Connected Assesories like all GI Pipes, Valves, Other Fittings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Removing Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 7.5 HP to AGE E/M Store Yard at RAYANG, Opening/Dismantling & Checking in presence of a Board of Officers to ascertain the quantum of Defects and Repair works involves, Cleaning of Cover and Parts as required, Transporting defective Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly to nearest Workshop for Repairing & Replacing of Unserviceable Parts, Reassembling Submersible Pump Motor Assembly after repaired, Transporting repaired Submersible Pump Motor Assembly back to Work Site, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Spare Parts required to be replace will be Measured and Paid as "Supply only" under relevant Items. Cost of Labour Element involved for replacement of Parts will deem to include in the Quoted Unit Rate. M&L Lowering down Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 7.5 HP (after Repaired & Testing of Functionability) alongwith Column Pipes of any Size and Length, Submersible Cable, Steel Wire Rope, etc. with the help of Chain Pulley Block and Tool & Plants, Testing on Completion, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Serviceable Materials viz Column Pipes and Other Materials, etc. (obtained from Item No. 3.03 here-in-before) keet in Safe Custody will be reuse. Sumbersible Cable will be replaced with New Cable and the same will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Item as 'Supply only'.
