Construction of dedicated 33 KV Line from 132 KV Pavoi Grid Sub Station to Biswanath Chariali Medical College and Hospital ( 33/0.433 KV) Sub Station with all necessary 3P4 ICS DLMS compliant HT Trivector energy meter (Catergory - c), CT/PT, Battery Charger 110 V suitable for charging 100 AH, 110 V Battery Bank, Dual mode double circuitry SCR Variac Float & Boost Charger, 100 AH, 110 V Maintenance Free Battery Bank (VRLA Battery Bank) etc. with supervision charges.

Laying of 33 KV armoured cable on railway track crossing near Lehugaon for supplying power to Biswanath Chariali Medical & Hospital.

Load Security of 6 MW to be payable to APDCL for Biswanath Chariali Medical College.

Construction of one (01) no. of 33 kV Bay for Biswanath Chariali Medical College at 132kV Pavoi GSS under Deposit Scheme

Supplying of 16 Mtrs. (SP - 80) G I Steel Tubular Pole conforming to IS : 2713. Make -Nezone or equivalent as specified and directed by the department.

Supplying of 14.50 Mtrs. (SP - 76) G I Steel Tubular Pole conforming to IS : 2713. Make -Nezone or equivalent as specified and directed by the department.

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying including installation, testing and commissioning of 2500 KVA 33/0.433 KV Copper wound out door type oil filled 4 Star Level - 2, OLTC distribution transformer complete including all accessories like Cooling -ONAN,Class of insulation -Class A, No of phase and rated frequency 3, 50 Hz, Fitting & Accessories as per specification Yes, IS:2026 & CBIP, Reference standard IS 1180 & IS:2026, Type of Transformer Tank Conventional, Earthing terminal, Liftung Lungs, Drain Valve, Oil filling Hole with plug, Silicagel Breather, First filling of Oil as per 1S355, Arcing Horn, Radiator, Air Release Plug, Conservator Tank etc. Transformer should be as per CEA guidelines as ammended up to date. (As required materials for the sub station will be measured and paid seperately). Make - Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd. or equivalent as specified and directed by the department.

Supplying including installation, testing and commissioning of 900kVAr, 3Ph, 440V, 50Hz, 7% detuned APFC Panel with Varplus Can Heavy Duty Capacitors. Make - Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd. or equivalent as specified and directed by the department.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by over lapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Supplying, installing , testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type busduct for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure with outdoor weather proofing having IP-55 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every metre, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required. Make - L&T or equivalent make as approved by the Department. 5000 Amps.
