S/R to PWD road to Routbhuin-Phulpada from 1/107 to 1/781 and 3/00 to 3/874 Km. for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumenous etc complete as per dierection of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scrapping cleaning road surface applying tack coat using 3.00 kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layerusing 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size Granite metal and 12.00 kg Bitumenof penetration Grade for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and preading bitumen metal chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen using Pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying S.D.B.C of 25mm thick on prepared surface and laying with paver finisher to the required level rolling with paver finisher etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approaved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade BOUNDARY PILLAR of standard design as per IRC-25-1967 ,Fixing in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting etc complete etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade Kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC-8-1980 ,Fixing in position including painting & printing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Ordinary Kilometre Stone ( precast))

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade Kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC-8-1980 ,Fixing in position including painting & printing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (200 mtr Stone(Pre Cast))

Providing & applying 2 coats of weather coat paint to unplastered surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, greases, efflorescens & applying paint @ 1litre per 2 sqms required for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
