Site clearance, Excavation & Earth Workand Area development :

Item No 01:- Earth work in excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 02:- All as per item No. 01 but for depth beyond 1.5m and not exceeding 3 m.

Item No 03 :- Removing excavated material(soil) exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Item No 04 :- Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed

Item No 05 :- Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Measurements shall be those after consolidation)

Item No 06 : Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 08 :- Removing excavated material(soil) exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 09 :- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 10 : Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10A :- M & L for supply and filling leveling red soil / alluvial soil (good quality garden soil) which and free from pebbles incl complete all as specified and directed.

Protective work Retaining wall :

Item No 11 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 : M&L for walling of random rubble coarsed stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidily hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints,as specified, of random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses for granite or trap stone, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 - M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 - M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 - M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 as in PCC bonders set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : M&L for hand picking of broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 :- M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 75 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Area Drainage :

Item No. 19 :- M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 - M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface, finished even and smooth using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3 % by wt of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (supply only WPC shall be measured & paid shall be measured & paid separately)

Item No 21 : M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 :- M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 23 :- Add for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over 30 cm

Item No 24 :- M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes/drain cover etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 :- Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 26 :- Supply only liquid water profing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Football Ground (02 Nos) :

Item No 27 : Rolling and consolidating for formation surfaces in cutting with exc 8 ton and n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28 :- S&F Standard size (3.0 m x 2.0 m) foot ball goal Post made of 100 mm MS pipe Movable on wheel (600 mm x 200 mm) including net and all nessary fitting and fixing in court/ground complete all as specified and directed.

Hockey Ground (01 No.) :

Item No. 29 :- S&F Standard size of Hockey goal post of size Breadh 3.66 M x Height 2.14 M x 0.91 M Top D x 1.22 M Bottem D including all nessary fitting and in court complete all as specified and directed.

Volley Ball Ground (04 Nos) :

Item No. 30 :- S&F Standard size of Volley Ball post adjustable type made of 75 mm x 90 mm MS pipe including Net and all nessary fitting and fixing in court complete all as specified and directed.

Basket Ball Court (02 Nos) :

Item No 31 : M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 100 mm thick (using 40 mm graded agreegate) in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 32 :- M & L 100 mm thick vacum dewaterd cement concrete of flexural strength 40 kg per sq cm in field using 400 kg cement per cum finish even & smooth w/o extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 33 :- M & L 8mm wide 22-23 mm deep dummy/construction joints, 02 coats of priming and providing a backup rod 10 mm dia and sealed with and using cold applied polyurethane selant (top 10 mm eaving 2-3 mm recess) confirming to requirment of BS-5112 type FB including 3 mm wide saw cut up to 60 mm depth and masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minium +/- 30% and manufacture's warranty for 10(ten) years complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 34 :- M & L Standard size of Basket Ball Post made of 170 mm MS round pipe incl rings, nets and acrylic board of standard size inclding all nessary fitting and fixing in court complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 35 :- M & L for Preparing the newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof water replent based complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 :- M & L for Preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof water repleplent based paint in lines or arrow width not exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.
