Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing truss with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for second class clean sawn hard wood in scantling wrought, timber framed & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in girth, not otherwise described and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting including washing and cleaning etc and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (Using Dimapur sand).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick pre-laminated partical board interior grade , one side with choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
