Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth to a distance up to 50m. Including all lifts with levelling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design & building specification and direction of E / I .(5.1.1. BCD )

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I (vide classification of soil item) - ( 5.1.2 BCD)

Providing coarse clean sand filling in foundation trenches and plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads & lifts including the cost of all materials, labour, royality, & taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (5.1.10 BCD)

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including the cost of watering taxes royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I..(5.6.3 BCD)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth Level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone -III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )( B.C.D- 5.3.1.2)

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in Superstructure and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (5.2.6.BCD)

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.(5.2.14 BCD)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin-Charge. 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in columns ,excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering , finishing and reinforcement -All work above plinth level up to floor five level.1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
