Hole making in 40mm pipe for sprinkling of water by drill bit as per require size hole.

Hole making in 25mm pipe for sprinkling of water at hopper coal by drill bit manually.

Hole made sprinkler fitted with main pipe by cutting of main pipe as per size & require bending and welding etc. a) Gas cutting work in above job.

b)Welding of pipe

Damaged pipe of supply water from sump to hopper repairing by cutting, gas gausing for straightening and fixing and welding etc. a) Gas cutting work in above job

b) Providing flinch and fixing.

c) Welding of flinch both side of pipe

d) Rubber packing cutting for flinch

e) Providing M.S. nut, bolt, flinch and hopper body repairing work.

f) Support making of pipe for strengthening by plate cutting and welding etc. i) Gas cutting work in above job.

g) Excavating trenches of required width of pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc. stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m.: Hard rock (Required blasting) : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80mm dia.

h)Repairing of 3” sluice valve with hopper and rod new making

Discharge chute and hopper damaged sprinkler incoming pipe of raw water damaged portion cutting, face making and welding as per require design. a) Gas cutting work in above job.

d) New sprinkler making in 2” dia pipe 6’ long in ½” dia of pipe.

e) Welding of sprinkler pipe and sprinkler.

f)Damaged 1” pipe cutting and same size new pipe cutting, hole

g) Welding of pipe with main pipe.

h)Sprinkler making in 1” pipe in ½” dia.

a) Plate cutting for supporting of pipe.

c) Plate cutting for given support of main pipe along with hopper body.

d) Welding with hopper body.

e) Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 80mm diameter.

f) Thread making in 3” dia pipe for fitting flinch & sluice valve.

g) Matching & setting motor & pump set on fabricated base plate at site with alignment with proper packing cutting as per measurement and fixing etc.

h) Fabricated new coupling bolt.

i) Providing rubber bush for above bolts.

j) Fabricating of motor & pump set base of another side of sump by channel, Angle and plate cutting & welding as per required size & height with ladder fabricating etc. (i) Cutting work in above job.

(ii)Welding of above iron material for making base as per require size & design with special type jointing electrode for given strength for observing vibration of pump
